Delete your account

Submitting this form requests deletion of your account and its data. For a restaurant owner that's your profile, restaurant settings, menu and order history. For a customer who ordered from a restaurant on MasOrder or joined its rewards, it's your profile, rewards points and saved details.

We may retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. financial and tax records, fraud prevention) for up to 7 years. Requests are processed within 30 days; we may email you first to verify you own the account. See our Privacy Policy.
