Catering leads that get written down.
Turn on a catering page on your own site. Customers send the date, the headcount and the details in a form — and every request lands in your Inbox and your email instead of a phone call nobody wrote down.
Shown in your own brand colors.
A phone call disappears. A form doesn’t.
The big questions, asked up front
The date, how many people, and what they want — collected before you ever pick up the phone, so you can price the job instead of chasing the details.
You hear about it the same minute
Every request emails you as it comes in, with the customer set as the reply-to address. Hit reply and you are talking to them.
A real page Google can find
Your catering page lives on your own domain, and once you are live it is listed in the sitemap MasOrder publishes — so a search for catering nearby has somewhere to land.
Every request in one place, details attached.
Nothing gets lost between shifts.
Catering requests stack up in one Inbox — in your dashboard and in the owner app. Filter to big orders, mark one replied, archive it when the job is closed. You always know which lead still needs an answer.
It emails whoever needs to know.
The alert goes to the address you signed up with, plus every address on your alert list — so a manager can catch a Saturday request while you are off. Reply-to is the customer, so answering takes one tap.
Example alert — not a real customer
Three steps, then it runs itself.
- 1
Flip one switch
In Settings → Storefront features, turn on the big-order request form. A Catering link appears in your storefront menu and the page goes live.
- 2
Customers fill it out
Name, phone, email, the date they need it, how many people, and a message. Nothing to install, and no account for them to create.
- 3
You price it and reply
The request saves to your Inbox and emails you at the same time. Reply by email or call the number they left — MasOrder makes sure you have both.
Everything included
Part of your plan — no add-on, no extra fee.
