How MasOrder works

Create your account at masorder.com/signup with your email and a password. The onboarding wizard walks you through restaurant name, address, phone, hours, and your storefront subdomain (yourname.masorder.com).

You can do this from your phone in the kitchen. No computer needed.

We use Stripe Connect. You'll create or link a Stripe account, verify your business with Stripe (tax ID, bank info), and you're done.

Money charged on your storefront goes directly to your Stripe account— we never hold or route it. Payouts land in your bank on Stripe's normal schedule (next business day for most US accounts).

Add categories (Appetizers, Mains, etc.), then items with prices and photos. Modifier groups (Size, Toppings) handle the "small / medium / large" choices.

Shortcut: the AI menu importer takes a photo of your printed menu and builds the digital version for you. Or upload a CSV from Square / Toast / Clover.

Use any Android tablet from the last 3 years. Install the MasOrder tablet APK we send you, open it, enter the 6-digit pairing code from your dashboard. Tablet is now linked to your restaurant.

Have a Star TSP-100 receipt printer? Plug it in via LAN or USB and the tablet auto-detects it. Printed tickets fire to the kitchen the moment an order is paid.

Your customers order at yourname.masorder.com. Put it on Instagram, Google, your front-door sign, the bottom of receipts — anywhere your existing customers will see it.

The first order is the hardest. After that, regulars come back direct (and stop ordering through DoorDash).

New paid order → tablet beeps, receipt prints, customer email fires. You hit Ready when the food is ready, customer gets a "come pick up" SMS.

Refunds, daily summaries, dispute alerts — all in the dashboard. Nothing you have to remember to check.
