Your driver, your delivery

Delivery runs on your own ordering site, under your name. Your driver takes the order, and the delivery fee the customer paid stays in your Stripe balance with the rest of the order.

Zones you draw yourself

One ordered list of zones. Each row says how far it reaches — a distance in miles, or a list of ZIP codes for the towns where a circle is the wrong shape. The first zone that covers an address takes it, so dragging a row up is how you change the plan.

A fee and a minimum per zone

Close is $2.99 with a $15 minimum, far is $6.99 with a $25 minimum — whatever you decide. Set one minimum for the whole restaurant, or override it zone by zone.

The address is checked before they pay

Picking Delivery asks for the address first. It is located, measured from your restaurant, matched to a zone, and priced before a single item goes in the cart — then checked again at checkout before the card is charged.

The address prints in the kitchen

A delivery ticket prints with DELIVER TO and the full address in the header block, above the food, and the tablet order card shows it too. The address and the delivery-fee line are on the customer’s emailed receipt as well.

Pause it from the tablet

Driver called out, or a Friday that got away from you? Pause delivery from the kitchen tablet with your admin PIN. Pickup keeps taking orders, and checkout refuses delivery until you turn it back on.

Turn delivery on
Settings → Orders & delivery, one switch. MasOrder locates your saved restaurant address automatically — every delivery distance is measured from there.

Draw your zones
Add a row for each zone: how far it reaches or which ZIP codes it covers, what the customer pays, and the least they have to spend. Drag the rows into the order you want them tried in, and add a “not allowed” row to carve out ground you will not serve.

Customers choose Delivery on your site
A Pickup / Delivery toggle appears on your menu. Choosing Delivery asks for the address, then shows the fee and the minimum for that zone — or tells them how far away they are and how far you deliver.

The order lands in your kitchen
Checkout re-checks the address against the same zones, charges the fee to the customer’s card, and the ticket prints with the address on it. Your driver goes.

Owners usually ask

Who delivers the order?

Your own driver. You decide the zones, the fee and the minimum; your driver takes the food; the fee the customer paid stays with you along with the rest of the order.

What does MasOrder take from a delivery order?

Nothing. There is 0% commission from the restaurant on delivery, exactly as on pickup — your flat $99 a month is the entire bill from us. At checkout customers pay one small 5% service fee that keeps the platform running, plus standard card processing on their payment.

Can I charge more for a longer drive?

Yes. Every zone carries its own fee and its own minimum order, so a two-mile drop and a six-mile one are priced separately. Zones are tried in the order you put them in, and the first one that covers the address decides both.

What happens if someone lives too far away?

They cannot check out for delivery. Your site tells them how far away they are and how far you deliver, so they can switch to pickup instead of finding out at the payment screen.

What if a street or a neighborhood is a no?

Add a “not allowed” zone above the others for that distance or those ZIP codes. Because the first matching zone always wins, it carves a hole in the ground the zones below it cover.

Can I stop delivery on a busy night?

Yes — pause it right from the kitchen tablet with your admin PIN. Pickup keeps running, the Delivery option shows as unavailable on your site, and checkout refuses delivery orders until you resume.
