What happens when the truck is not out?
The storefront says you are not out right now, shows the next posted stop, and checkout is closed — no orders can be placed against an empty stop. Customers can still browse the menu and join rewards.
Can customers order before I arrive?
Not ahead of time — orders open the moment you park, so nobody pays for food at a spot you haven’t reached yet. Post your week and regulars know exactly when to order.
Do I need a fixed address?
No. Food trucks sign up without one. Directions on your site point at the live stop, not at a home address.
Is this the same price as a restaurant?
